Six years building operational systems for the Metropolitan Police, London Fire Brigade and British Airways, where a missed detail is a failure rather than an inconvenience. Now I do the same for coaches and therapists in Kingston: work out what you should be known for, then build and run everything around that one answer.
You work with me directly. Not a call centre, not a rotating account team.
Not which keywords. What the business is actually for: which offer, which client, which area. Almost nobody has decided it, which is why their website says five things at once and Google shows it for none of them.
So that is step one, and it is a paid session before anything gets built. We decide the one thing you want to be known for, you get it in writing, and everything after that is built to serve that answer.
Most coaches genuinely do not. A referral, a Google search, an old Instagram post, someone's friend. Nobody can say which, and one client told me exactly that: I really don't know how she found me.
So part of what gets built is the measuring. By month two you stop guessing. You can see which thing actually brought someone through the door, and do more of it.
Her home address was publicly exposed and ranking on page one for her own name.
An error page was sitting in Google's index where a real page should have been.
Neither client could have checked. Neither knew. This is the half of the job that does not fit on a price list, and it is usually the half that was actually doing the damage.
The only thing I need from you is the part nobody else can give me: a few answers in your own words, and photos from your real sessions. That is what makes the content sound like you rather than like an agency wrote it. Everything else is mine. No dashboard to learn, no login you will forget, no weekly tasks handed back to you.
Based in Surbiton. Two masters, and a strong preference for things that still work when nobody is watching them.
The system is built and running for personal trainers and health and wellness coaches in Kingston upon Thames and Surbiton. It works best for people selling a programme rather than a session, because the maths only works when a new client is worth more than a single appointment.
